We use UPS Ground or USPS for our Standard Shipping on Iris orders. Always include a physical delivery address in your order to ensure proper delivery. Please notify us if you require delivery to a postal box instead.
Our shipping season is July until Mid-August. If you want a specific shipping date within this period please let us know. We will do our best to satisfy your request, but we cannot guarantee a specific ship date. Please give complete address, telephone number and email address with each order should we need to contact you for any questions.
If you are ordering larger quantities of plants from regions -usually on the east coast- it may be prudent to use faster shipping methods in the heat of the summer. There would be possible added cost to ship other than using our standard shipping of UPS Ground which can take 5-6 business days. So please contact us or we will contact you if such a situation occurs.
